Why so few Surface mount formers for EFD cores and E cores

Hi,
We have done the attached isolated flyback for 100-265vac.
132khz, 24vout, 0.7A out.
Uses EFD15/8/5 core, gapped to AL=63

We have to use a small , low profile core, but there are so few surface mount formers for these...do you know why?

Just wondering If the way to go with these small cores is just to wind turns round a tube, and avoid the bobbin, then just glue the cores and windings to the PCB?
..ie, like they do with common mode chokes.

Try Norwe for SMT Bobbins
or for your spec have a look at this https://www.we-online.com/components/products/datasheet/750811643.pdf it has 2 500mA 24V secondaries which could be paralleled to give you 1A
