Why PVS-LVS ignore MOSFET parameters check?

Hi,
I am using IC6.1 and TSMC65nm pdk. I just find that the PVS-LVS check ignore MOSFET parameters at all. If i remove or change a mosfet or pin at schematic, LVS can find the error. But no matter the parameters of the MOSFET i change, it always report layout/schematic match! I do not have any clues about that. Anyone can help me on that? Thanks!
 

Perhaps the default is to not check parameter match,
in the interest of run-time or something. Have you gone
to the effort of checking the option settings?
