I built an amp that works ( should work)almost 1kw mrf13750 i use hybrid 90
I increase input power step by step and my gain was 19 db when my input power was 34 dbm
I saw a spark from one of my drain and after i checked my circuite all of my gates were 1 or 2 ohms so i replaced them
my output power was 53dbm
And my current was 20A
All this happend only afte 5 or 6 minute
I adjusted my rf off drain current for each tr only 0.9 A
Do you have any idea why this spark happend
One of the weird thing that happend was my large sig gain was bigger than small signal and i saw both in simulation and reality
