Why no capacitors on PWM controller pins?

Hi,
Why does the ICE2HS01G LLC controller datasheet avoid insisting that capacitors are put on the Voltage source outputs, and also, why no 100pF capacitors recommended for the many comparator inputs?
Neither the schematic on page 4, or pin descriptions on pages 7 and 8, give any mention of the need for these capacitors.
Eg VREF and FREQ pins are voltage source outputs, but no capacitors are recommended or shown for them. They do however show a cap on the chip’s Vcc pin.
VMC, LOAD, TIMER, VINS, ENA, VRES pins are all comparator inputs, and in a noisy SMPS, these pins would need 100pF de-noise caps on them. Do you know why not shown or recommended?

because IC designers - do not design high power power supplies to point of sale - or to pass emc standards ....

or to pass any immunity standards ...
