Why my Memory Compiler cannnot generate GDSII format file?

Hi all,

I'm using Artisan Memory Compiler to generate files, but all formats are ok except GDSII/LVS Netlist.
Do these two formats require special Licenses? Or they need some special setup?
Thanks in advance.
 

It depends...if you are using the free version then I believe it will not generate GDSII, but if it is a licensed version then it should.
