Hi there
I design a LNA for 3.5G-3.8GHz
when I test the layout ,i found my LNA oscilltion at fre 4GHz.
who can tell the reason!
Thank you

There are many reasons can cause LNA oscillations. Could you pls upload your design and simulations to analysiis?
One cause maybe cavity oscillation. If your cavity width is bigger than or equal to (300/4)/2=37.5mm, then it can oscillate caused by TE10 mode wave.
Did you simulate your design about the stable factor, to make unconditional stable, it should K>=1 and B>0, or Mu and MuLoad>=1.?
Others maybe the LNA is sensitive to the input load, so maube you need put a isolator at the LNA input port.
To solve the oscillation, maybe you need series a 10R ~27R resistor at the output path.
Good luck.
