Why is DS1307 suddenly stopped sending data to ATMEGA128?

Guys,
Why is DS1307 suddenly stopped sending data?
I have two DS1307 and they're giving me same output on LCD "===============....which is empty data, but after I disconnect the power supply and DS1307 battery it resets to 00:00:00.

Does anyone have same experience with me ?
I don't understand it since it happens together on two different boards, is that a problem with DS1307 chip ?

Take a look on code firmware to check is Init command is properly sent to DS1307 in order to activate Clock function.

yes it's sent properly, because already more than 2 weeks I turn it on and nothing wrong with, only suddenly behave like this....leave me some questions ? may be you guys have an answer...thanks
