Why does Ceramic Resonator have faster startup time compared to Crystal?

I found the article below through googling but still can't understand. Ok, I got that crystal have higher Q factor, but how is it related to startup time? Can someone tell me why ceramic resonator have faster startup time? Thank you!

Q-values are more accurate, but have a smaller bandwidth for which they oscillate. Therefore, high Q-factor crystals will normally start slower than crystals with higher frequency tolerance. Typically, crystals have higher Q-factor than ceramic resonators. Crystals can therefore be expected to have a longer startup time than ceramic resonators.
Q = XLS/ RS = 1/ (XLS × RS) = 1 /(2 × π × f × CS × RS) = 2 × π × f × L S / RS
