Hi All,
Why do I see a ring oscillator frequency in Standard Cell Datasheets.
Can anyone explain this.

Ring oscillator

Ring oscillators are typically added to the chip to give a quick determination of the speed of the chip, which is an indicator of the process.

May be he is giving Safe operating frequency ?
