For example, 2.4GHz RF Tx and Rx. How I can make sure my RF receiver is able to get around 2.4GHz. And why it cannot receive other channel such as 900MHz,1800MHz.

Unlike say, as wide band scanner that has no band limiting filtering/tuning on the receiver input. I suggest you go read some books on basic RF transmission and reception cheers Dave VK2TDN
