who microcontroller to use in ckt

i want to trace who micro controller to use in ckt .
pin no 4 has use - ve supply & pin no 10 has use + ve (5 volt ) supply. total pin count no 14 .
googled more time , but not found .
pl help me .

yes after lots of search pic,atmel,avr I didn't get it .I think some snapshot of your diagram may be help?

as per the design i thing Pin 5 is -ve and Pin 10 is + ve (5 volt )

No one can guess until you get the full circuit, because some pins may be pulled up or down without resistors.

Post your full circuit diagram..

Your first post said pin 4 was -VE

look the line from 7805 outpot it is going to Pin 5 and 10
