who have used the cygnal MCU?

Did you used proteus to simulate the cygnal MCU? Proteus pro haven't supplied the model of cygnal MCU. where can i find the file to simulate? I'm studying the c8051f0000. :(
 

cygnal has ice in chip and debug is not
expensive,his debug can use in series
cygnal MCU,i used in c8051f020 and
c8051f040
