low voltage bandgap beneath 1.8V is really a challenge !!!

look up at IEEE.you can find it.

I have a 1.2V bandgap, no different from regular low power supply circuit design. my stucture is a resistor parallel to PNP.

I have found that the following paper is very classic in lv bgr field.

upload for discuss

I am interesting in your topo, Can you paste it, then to discuse?

I also wonder your topo. Please show it!

I'm sorry i can't upload the schematic, because in company our workstation is no connection with internet.
The structure is almost same with the upload paper.

If I need low-power application with the parallel structure, then, the resistors would consume much area. that will be unfeasible.
Is there any else way?
