Whirlpool F65 WhiteMagic Front load - PE Error

Recently the washer died and while checking LNK304PN and R1 (22ohm), 4.7u450v was replaced to bring it online.

However when switched on, immediately getting PE error after ON symbol with wash cycle LED's blink. Pressure sensor (E1) is already validated.

The machine was working with a older version of PCB and I need to fix the new version and set it back. Please help.

The power outputs are exactly 5.0 and 6.0v at both poles. When the ON/OFF switch is pressed the 5.0v reduces to 1.2v. Unable to conclude whether the problem is in power supply section or the CCU. Any experts please guide.

Is there anything i need to check in this. Will the output volt be 5 & 6v only while the relay is 12v. Please someone guide me on this circuit. Still I feel the problem is in SMPS rather than CCU failure.

I got it rectified after changing the faulty output capacitor. 1V pumped to 13v after changing 100u 25v cap.

My whirlpool F65 machine also displayed PE error when i started the spin function in it. When called the repair guy, he said the IC is damaged and gear box too. And the repairing cost will be around 6000rs. I hardly think he is telling the truth please help me with whatever knowledge you have of it.
