Hi all,

I want to use the assertion in our design, but I don't know which version VCS begin to support the PSL or SVA. Now we use the vcs7.0.2, and can I only use the openvera to add assertion?

Thanks.

Lsong

VCS does not support PSL. vcs7.2 is the starting version that support systemverilog assertion and with current x2005-06 version, it can support the class usage but with a limited customer license scheme.

hi, what's the difference about v7.2 and x.0506? thanks.

Hi,
VCS 7.0.2 is quite few years old, any reason why you won't be able to move to later release? I know later releases support SVA, 7.0.2 - may be OVA is supported, check in $VCS_HOME/doc/UserGuide/vcs.pdf for exact details.
