Which value of ESR I should use, when I simulation the phase margin!?
I know that the ESR value of capacitor would change follow the frequecy!?

Well you have to make your circuit robust so I would suggest you simulate for a range of value of ESR so that it is stable under all conditions. Is it internal or external capacitor?
