Which toolchain for MW front-end design?

Hi all,

What's your opinion on which toolchain is preferred to design a microwave (60 GHz) front-end. We're talking about frequency synthesis, image rejecting mixers, LNA, matching, ....

Any experiences with Cadence Spectre/RF? Is it as powerful as ADS/RFDE in terms of non-linear simulations and even electromagnetic simulations? Microwave office? Hspice? Mentor?

I don't think Cadence has distributed models, built in planar EM, or process kits for stuff like InP or much for GaAs. Go with a microwave tool for MMICs such as Microwave Office. Here is a link:
