Which svrf command will change metal1 drawing text layer to m1 label layer?

Hi all,

I want write a small svrf rule file

Could u please tel me which comand to change the metal1 drawing text layer to m1 lable layer, I will give gds as a input to the rule file, I want to get back the out put file in gds,
