Which software converts mp3 to ADPCM format?

Convert mp3 to ADPCM

I have a circuit with OKI MSM6376 and external E2prom (27C1000) that contain 30 second of sound.
I would like to convert an audio file (mp3, wav) into the ADPCM format for the E2prom.
What software could I use?

many softwares are available matlab is one of them
it is easier to do it with wavread function

Thank you for the reply, I have never used matlab.

I have seen that many software convert the audio file into ADPCM but I need the .bin extention to program E2prom.

To convert a music file to an OKI rom file (*.bin/*.hex file) there is this software:

VoicePro3 Wave editor
