Which smd capacitor package should use?

I am using 22pF, 100nF, and 470nF ceramic capacitor with my pic application. I want to use smd capacitor. Which smd capacitor package should I use for above capacitance?

It all depends on how much space you have on your PCB. I prefer 0603 or 0805 just because they are easily available, occupy somewhat lesser space in simple to medium complex applications and most importantly easy to debug and replace..
