Which micro controller in PV inverter design?

Which micro controller could I choose except TI's C2000 series using for PV inverter and converter? Is 12-bit ADC required here? MCUs from Infineon, Freescale or Silicon Labs are prefered.

If you know, tell me plz. Thanks!
