which GSM module can work at -40º to +70ºC

which GSM module can work at -40º to +70ºC. I've found most GSM module just work above -20º . thanks in advance
 

look diffrent manufecturer and their modules spec

You can try SIM300 with some information:

• Low power consumption
-20°C to +55°C
• Restricted operation temperature: -25°C to -20°C and +55°C to +70°C
• Storage temperature:
-40°C to +85°C
