Matlab MEX Option.

Currently, I am trying to call a fortran files from MATLAB. Knowing that we have to choose a compiler when we setup our MEX('mex -setup'). There are selection of Compaq Visual Fortran and Digital Visual Fortran with different version. Just wondering, which compiler should I choose since I am using the GNU 90 fortran. Is it not on the list and need to create a new option file? Thanks a lot.
