Which book is best suited for studying digital electronics?

If you want to study different logic families in detail ,then Digital integrated electronics by Taub and schilling is the best.
But for digital design(not including any internal cicutry)
Digital design by Tocci and widmer is good.

go for mano or givone

if u r looking at it a slightly advanced level then u can look into books on vhdl etc
