whether i2c and eprom same?

i2c is the protocol used to communicate between controller and eeprom
As per the protocol controller is the master and eeprom is a slave.

i2c is protocol builtin program by manufacturer.
 

do you understand what is this i2c protocol, before executing a program. I2c Needs a hardware to execute the program. You cannot simulate programs of on keil to see output.

The hardware must have a controller and i2c slave like eeprom or RTC
 

Please read the I2C Bus specification before going on further.
