Where to find articles about VHDL and programs?

Where to find VHDL ?

I would like to procede with using VHDL to prgrame PLD. could you tell me where I may find good articles and simple programs ?

hi

read VHDL premier by J. Bhasker. this is really an easy book for better understanding about the book. there is online tutorial at aldec site or in google simply type evita vhdl. tis is an interactive tutorial.

i guess "Designer's guide to VHDL" is one of the best .. but unfortunatly i don't think it's available here in pdf format :(

go 2 /http:www.mcu.cz/atm and register urself there... this is different from being a member of elektroda... thou this ftp site is a mate of Elektroda...:)

then go 2 the link given below..

Also do a search at elektroda for getting many better results.. u wud land up getting many new links and newly uploaded boks... it is preferable u adopt the habit of searching before asking any questions... hope u get taht...

www.xilinx.com is the very good resource of learning both vhdl and fpga and cpld @!!!!!!

HDL Chip Design is a good book for both VHDL and VerilogHDL learning.

A good refrence book for beginner in RTL HDL coding is HDL chip design by Douglas J Smith
A good start for designing, synthesizing, and simulating ASICs and "merely FPGAs" using VHDL or Verilog

Can you post links to the book inside www.fpga.com.cn ? That should be a great site but it's in Chinese so it's hard to find the resources properly.

You may need proxy to connect to the website www.fpga.com.cn.

The articles are all Chinese.
