where I can find video clamp IC?

Hi.
I want to design video clamp circuit using charge pump.
Before doing this, I will check the function of clamp circuit.
I want to make clamp circuit using external IC. (ex. charge pump or clamp using charge pump)

But I can't find such like that IC.

charge pump IC's spec which I want to find is as below.
Icp = 10uA ~ 15uA
up/dn external control input.

If there is anyone who knows video clamp circuits, please help me.
Please let me know.
