Where can I get a SPDT switch with LNA?

Hi!
Im searching for one RF device to modify my radio project.
T/R antenna switch with LNA integrated in the same package.
Something like

Unfortunatly Hittite havent it in production anymore.
Maybe some other manufacturer make the similar thing ?
Freq. up to 3Ghz and switch must handle power about 200mW.

SPDT switch with LNA

you can use m/a-com or nec production ,such as sw-277,UPG152TA

But those are just SPDT switches, missing little part inside, LNA !
