as if now there are no free softys........
but you can get 30 days trail version on qualnet

from the same subject, there is :
NS simulator
TinyOS
SONSORSIM
OMNETC++

for the NS simulator it's not recommended because it needs WSN scipts downloading from the net. don't spend your time for using this software.
