Where can I find a programmer(open source) for STM32F103 microcontroller series ?

Where can I find a programmer(open source) for STM32F103 microcontroller series ?

Does IAR ARM JTAG support this microcontroller?

Hi

First try ST.com they have utility to program there micro and the IAR IDE support downloading software and debuging via JLINK

Hi
there is some different programmers.
you can use ULINKprogrammer, which can load the file directly from keil,
or use RLINK, which have a software (Ride), that download the hex file created in keil
