I wonder when the first RF FEM came out. Specifically, when did Avago/Qualcomm/Skyworks/Murata publish their first RF FEM ?

I think the first RF compact front end module was introduced by Infineon around 2009 with one of their SMARTi mult-mode multi-band chipsets.
