when install hfss linux in openSUSE it cannot find libtiff.so.3

hello!
when I run hfss linux in openSUSE, it report an error:

in /usr/lib64, I can find libtiff.so.5.
then I build a softlink /opt/ansoft/hfss14.0/Linux/libtiff.so.3 to point to that.
but I still receive the wrong message listed above.

can anyone help to solve it?

You must to install an openmotif22-libs-32bit*.rpm package
