Recently I got an old oscilloscope,it was an old type,Tek 2335.
But something wrong went with it after I took apart it and assembled it.
It had no display on the screen and a LED indicator lit on (as Fig1 shows).
I got explaination from its instruction manual that Chanel 1 & 2 var control is out of calibraed detent. (as Fig2 shows)
Anyone could tell me how to fix that?
Thanks a lot!
I have a 2235 scope. The center control (i.e., those missing knobs) must be turned fully clockwise to activate a switch, which makes the uncal light go out. Maybe the switch is bad?
Those missed knobs were turned off by myself ,I wanted do a clean for the front panel.
It should be turned fully counterclock.
That indicate went off now.
But there 's no display on the screen. I still need more work to fix it.:-?
A new problem is that two test points on the board near the screen tube tail, only have a voltage of 5.3 V,which singed with "102V" orignally.(As figure A & B shows, test points are marked with red cycle)
But there is no so high voltage on power supply board.
There was no display still when I pressed "beam find".Sure there's something goes wrong with the tube circuits.
That test point signed with "102V" only has voltage of 5.3V.

Yes,a service manual would be very helpful.
But there's only service manual for Tek 2235 and only Instruction manual for Tek2335 on the Internet.
