What's the problem inside the Air Compressor ?

Model : GA11FF Workplace Air System (Atlas Copco)

Loading pressure : 7 bar to 8 bar

Loading Amps (Max) : 25 Amps

Unloading pressure : 8 bar to 7 bar

Unloading Amps (Max) : 12.5 Amps

Loading and unloading process takes less than 30 seconds.

The problem is that sometimes while unloading the electronic display shows the message "program stopped " nearly around 7.7 bar and keeps on unloading till 7.4 bar and then displays the message that " motor stopped" and really the motor stops for a while and as the pressure drops to 7 bar the motor and the system starts working fine and starts loading .

Motor Rated FLA is 35 Amps , 3 phase 380 to 400 V ac , supply

What might be the problem ?
thanks

Dear Munzir,

Your air compressor controller is running normal.
When there is no compressed air demand on your network, the controller will count down the setting of "min stop time" and trigger to programmed stop the electromotor for saving energy consumption.
As it reach the loading pressure, the controller will start the electromotor again.
