Ofcourse there is regenerative feed back.But it is not a schmitt trigger.
This regenarative feed back will decrease rise time
and fall time but feed back MOSFET's gate capacitance and requirement of two MOSFET's to turn ON should be overcome by the regenerative feed back to see good result.
