What's the FINDTHETA equivalent command in Matlab 7?

hi! an older version of matlab performs the FINDTHETA command. what is the equivalent command in matlab version 7? thanks!

I haven't seen that function built into MATLAB, however a function by that name is included in "feature extraction.zip":
