best pcb design tools

Hello, i am new in EDA tools for linux, and i ask for advice in what is the recommended
tools for Schematic capture and PCB design under linux (what linux distro is unimportant)

Actually i am using the Labcenter Proteus VSM software under windows.

Thanks for any help!

The best tools are from Cadence and Mentor. Allegro SPB from Cadence Expidition PCM from Mentor.
