What's the best microcontroller to use with a digital thermometer?

i'm working with a digital thermometer..
i'd like to know if what microcontroller is best to use...
i was told to use AT89C2051/4051
others are AT89S52...\
what should i use?
pls help me..

Althoug At89xxxx is the best choice for me ;... but with a digital thermometer i recomend PIC micro with internal A/D for this project
with At89X5X or At89xx51 you need a A/D like ADC0804

I will suggest you to use 2051 with ADC 0831 and LM 35.
