Whats rated load in transformer?

so if we have rated voltage and rated current have we rated load?

Perhaps we are answering the wrong question.

VA = Volt Amps. The voltage multiplied by the current. Similar to Watts but in an AC environment V and A may not be in phase so simply multiplying them may give a wrong answer.

The rating of an individual transformer is normally quoted as the maximum load that causes a particular voltage drop. For example 50VA with 10% drop. You might be able to exceed it but at the expense of the transformer overheating and failing. The exact figures vary from one transformer design to another.
