What software can modeling Resistivly-Loaded Dipole?

I'd like to see what kind of process happend - periodic or aperiodic (as shown on the picture) on the Dipole.

You can try IE3D for it. You are able to find the current distribution, input impedance and radiation pattern with the loads. You can also convert the frequency domain s-parameters into time domain results on MDSPICE. Both IE3D and MDSPICE are by Zeland (www.zeland.com) or what I am working for. Regards.
