What skills needed for high speed board designer?

Hi,

For high speed Board Design you shld be aware of the signal Integrity and EMI/EMC concept i.e. you shld have a knoweldge of E.M.F and also the basics of Material Sciences. (I hope that you have a knowledge of basic board design flow)

Knowledge on PCB manufacturing is necessary, I think. You should have good understanding on impedance controlling, copper thickness, stacking up, etc.
