i am doing a layout of bandgap.Expect for symmetry,what should be attention. thanks for your help
 

isolation, guard rings, clean power..

thanks for your help. But i still confused. what is clean power? which cell should be isolated ?
 

clean power : analog VCC
dirty power : digital VCC
the bandgap core should be isolated, usually the core including BJTs + OP+current mirror+resistors.
 

how to isolate these circuits? guard ring?
 

guard rings and good placement in ur floorplan, keep away noisy blocks
