what method can be used with hspice to get capacitor?

Now, I want to get the circuit pin's capacitor with hspice, How should I do?

If you know this ,please help me:

how to analysis pin's capacitor in dc analysis?
how to analysis pin's capacitor in tran analysis?
how to deal the non-convergence problem?

thank in advance!
 

you should do ac simulation and then calculate the capacitance from the Yparameters
