What kind of LCD is this?

Hello all!
Some days ago, found this kind of LCD. Can anyone tell me how to connect it? I mean which are the pins for this kind of LCD module?
The CI's are PT6608 and PT6607. The pinouts for the CI's are the same with the pinouts for the KS0108 and KS0107
