Dear all,

What kind of bias circuits do you use if I use it in two-stage folded-cascode opamp?

My folded-cascode opamp needs three bias voltage that is vb1,vb2, and vb3.

The vdd of mine is 3v and the tech. process is TSMC 0.35um.

Can someone give me some information or circuit on it?

You can find good info in "Johns and Martin" if you are using wide-swing cascodes

Also Grey and Meyer would help
