this is problem from razavi's microelectronis - and i'm trying to solve (b)

I think it is source-follower, but my 2 solutions say it is CS Amp(Av = -gmRd)
Am I wrong??

Fig. a - Common source amplifier with M2 as a load
Fig. b - Common drain / Voltage Follower with M1 as current source
Fig. c - Common emitter with Q2 as load
Fig. d - Common emitter (load connected to collector of Q2) with Q1 as current source
