Today, we use BSIM level 47 or 49 model for transistor model. However, for better fast transient simulation, there are some transistor model like finite point based model.

Finite point based model is fast transient transistor model. However this model is not supported in hspice simulator.

For better fast transient simulation, do not need some of accuracy, what is the transistor model can be used in hspice simulator ?

thank you.

Instead of searching for models....you can always reduce the accuracy of hspice using runlvl command. runlvl=6 is most accurate and runlvl=1 will give you the necessary speed up. If you are interested in the functional verification, you can get rid of parasitics from the spice netlist ....to improve the run times.
It is better to use hspice commands to speed up the simulations rather than using a different spice models.
