Hi Fouwad
here you go.. 2DW232 and 2DW234 are from same family. hope this info helps.

  • Product Name: Silicon planar temperature compensated voltage reference diode
  • Model: 2DW232
  • Product Features: Metal housing, small temperature drift
  • Technical parameters:
  • Vzmin: 6.0V
  • Vzmax: 6.5V
  • IzR: 5mA
  • Rz: ≤ 10Ω (Iz = 10mA)
  • Izmax: 30mA
  • αvz: ≤ 5 10-6 / ℃ (I = Izt T1 = 25 ℃ T2 = 75 ℃)
  • Tamb: -50 ~ 150 ℃
  • Tstg: -50 ~ 150 ℃
  • Parameters: (Tamb = 25 ℃)
  • IR1: Vz = 1V Imax = 1μA
  • IR2: Vz = 1V (Tamb = 100 ℃) Imax = 10μA
  • Typical Applications: used in electronic equipment, instrumentation precision voltage source or a reference voltage source
  • Packaging: Metal packaging

Thanks alot for your help, but my question is what is the difference between DW232 and DW234 as you posted data for 232 while i want to know info regarding DW234

all the properties are same except (IZR: 10mA) for DW234, **broken link removed**
as mentioned by embedsys!!!

Cheers!!
