Well in wireless cellualr systems, there is always a negligible delay between the transmitter (BS) and receiver (MS) i m talking about broadcast channel (BC), and there is no standard rule that if lets say delay is 20ms(just and example numer), we will consider as no delay. Thats my understanding about delay, if you are talking in the sense of wireless networks.
it realtime broadcasting always has its delay...
and i was thinlking if is there a set standard that would consider that delay to be a realtime transmision...
lets say 100ms delay would still be consider as realtime, as a maxmimun...
thats my question.
