What is the range for LV (Low Voltage), Medium Voltage (MV) and HV (High Volt) ?

If we have all these types of cables (LV, MV and HV) how to route them ?

Should we route them underground and in single cable tray or in different cable trays to avoid capacitance effect if any ?
